Hotel Caribe Real

The sheets and linens looked clean, but the bedhead was very dirty and smelled of sweat. My room’s only window was damaged, too. They’d taken the TV from the room to reception, so I had to keep asking for it to be brought back and put in place. All in all, a very average stay.

From outside it looks nice, but inside the rooms feel strange, and there are cockroaches. The bathroom is disgusting, and the pillows marked "Ayenda Hotel" smell really old. It was a 60-room apartment with air conditioning, but it wasn’t worth it. A very ugly place.

Viva Air sent us here after overbooking our flight. The first room had a dirty bathroom and smelled like a toilet. In the second, the walls were dirty and the bed was damp and black with mold. Terrible.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Street noise was loud during the day, though. At night, I slept well.
