The staff were amazing and very attentive when I had questions about where to travel. I also liked the hotel’s layout and the cultural pictures throughout the floors. The rooms were very spacious, with comfortable beds, and the miso restaurant and 6th floor balcony were great dining options. There’s also a shopping mall to explore and eat at, with a supermarket at one end. I’d definitely recommend the hotel for a stay or an event.

The rooms and location are nice, but I’ve stayed at that Hotel twice and the bathroom water wasn’t hot either time. It didn’t even get warm.

The rooms are huge, and some have a comfortable, colorful hammock. After check-in they welcome you with a refreshing drink, and they bring fresh coffee to your room as a courtesy. The Hotel is beautiful, and the service is friendly and efficient.

Mr. Guerrero was very considerate about my reservation. I missed my flight and lost the first night, but he gave me the same night anyway. From check-in to check-out, the service from the whole GHL Hotel in Monteria team was excellent, as were the rooms and breakfast. Thank you to everyone at GHL Monteria.
