2/10
The food was good, but the rest of the stay was a mess. We had to change rooms three times because they were dirty and unsuitable. The hotel is old, the walls are dirty, and the bathroom handle fell off. There was no warm water, the closet hangers were awful, and the electrical outlets didn't work. The TV wasn't smart or HD as advertised.

The beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet, but the hotel has some strict rules. You can't use the patio to hang wet clothes or smoke, and they said only the maids have keys until 6 p.m.

It's in a pretty central spot and good for the price. I just wish the neighborhood would improve, like it did around El Malecon.
