The room was adequate, and I felt the property was generally protected from outside intruders. The downside is that it's a bit far from places to eat. More seriously, the security grilles have no easy emergency exit, and the only way out through them is secured by a combination lock. There was also a motorcycle parked inside the enclosed area, right in front of the room door. In a fire or another emergency, getting out could be nearly impossible, and the vehicle in that confined space adds a potentially deadly risk. This needs to be fixed immediately for guests' safety.

The owner pays close attention to her guests, and the service was great. The place is comfortable, well located, and reasonably priced. I'd gladly come back, definitely recommend it.

Margarita was so helpful and lovely. The rooms were comfortable and nice, and the location is pretty central. This will be my place to stay when I come back to Neiva.
