There were six of us staying and we needed the RUT number, so we asked the receptionist. He was extremely rude. If someone has the RUT number, please share it.

They really need to remodel this hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to rest in Neiva.

The staff were very friendly, and it's an economical place if all you need is somewhere to sleep. They said there was cable TV, but in practice only snail works. My door wouldn't close, and they didn't leave toilet paper in the room. I happened to have some, so I didn't ask. I wouldn't be too keen on going out around there at night.

It was decent up until a year ago, but since then it has gone downhill. The rooms are neglected, the furniture is broken, and there isn't a satellite dish. There's no luxury here, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The bathrooms were very dirty, the cleaning was awful, and the rooms were in horrible shape. The TVs were bad too, and noise from other rooms was terrible. I don't recommend this hotel.
