Oliver, the manager, is super kind and helpful, and the rest of the staff are kind and ready to help anytime. Bikini is a wonderful spot, with big comfortable beds and spacious rooms. It’s close enough for a nice evening walk, but far enough from Palomino’s hum-drum. The bar is a shining spot too. Esteban, the bar owner, is a magnificent person who runs it with pride, and the cocktails are delicious. The wifi does go out once in a while. I’m not sure what the people who left one-star reviews experienced, because I can’t imagine Bikini being rude or lacking service. We really enjoyed our stay and the people working there. If you’re in Palomino, try it and relax in their beautiful rooms. Thanks, Bikini!

We were staying at another hostel in Palomino, but stopped by Bikini for a meal and kept coming back each mealtime because of the food and service. Everything tasted good, and our server from Venezuela was so nice. We’d definitely like to spend at least a month here on our next vacation. Thanks for going the extra mile!

The owner was really rude to guests, way beyond professional behavior, and the way he treated the animals made me uncomfortable too. The food was decent, and the pizza was actually pretty good, but those were the only positives. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone. There are much better options in Palomino that care about their guests and pets.

The food was disappointing, the taste was just meh, and the owner’s rudeness was even worse. During our short visit, we saw him treat employees, mostly the women, and customers horribly. This French guy came across as rude, disrespectful, and arrogant, which is very apparent even in his replies to reviews here. We felt really uncomfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend staying and eating somewhere else. Palomino has plenty of lovely places with friendly staff and owners who show the kind spirit and positive vibe of this beautiful town. Just not this one.

The place looks amazing, but the staff were rude and acted like answering a simple question was a favor. Their so-called 'promotions' were misleading, with different prices on some menus, as shown in the attached photo. I’d skip it. It’s not worth visiting with those issues.
