There was visible mold in our room, which worried us especially because we were traveling with children. When we raised this health concern, the staff turned unfriendly. One staff member also yelled at my child for playing on the floor and getting in the way. That behavior toward children is unacceptable. The room hygiene was poor and the customer service unprofessional. I can’t recommend this hotel to families with kids.

I’ve stayed in lots of places, but this one was terrible. The rooms are dirty and moldy, and you don’t really get breakfast, just coffee. The party music is so loud you can’t sleep.

We stayed for two weeks, and the hosts looked after us so well, going out of their way to help and share local information. They were welcoming from the start. The rooms were lovely, spacious, and clean, with a comfortable bed and great showers. I loved having a balcony and a relaxing pool area to use. The restaurant was nice too, with a lovely breakfast. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else in Palomino.

If you’re after quiet, this place won’t suit you. Loud music starts at 9 am, and when you ask reception to turn it off, they only lower the volume a little. That’s not okay.
