Our room was in a very quiet part of the hotel, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast came with the stay and was served in the adjoining restaurant. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of blankets and nice linens, though the plastic covers on the mattress and pillows weren't for me. There was also a desk chair and closet. We could park our motorcycles securely in the underground garage. It felt like luxury for a modest price, and that great shower alone made the stay worthwhile. I'd rate the area 4 out of 5, though I think the price accounts for that.

At first I wasn't sure about the place, but the tasteful decor in the common areas won me over. The rooms are beautifully finished, the bedding is excellent, and there's hot water. Service was impeccable and everything felt comfortable. An extraordinary place, highly recommended.

Breakfast and the lunches sold at the restaurant were delicious. The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived. My only complaint is that you can hear noise from other rooms quite clearly, which could bother a light sleeper.

It's in a handy spot for Alkosto, just 200 meters away, and Outlet El Único, about 500 meters away. The hotel is nice and feels very safe for families. Weekends can get noisy, though, with sound from the sports fields across the street, motorcycles, and the hotel restaurant.
