It's a lovely place to stay in the old city, close to great restaurants and probably on the most colorful street in cartagena. Jorge gave great service. The bathrooms could use improvement before I'd call this a great hotel.

My stay at Badillo Zen was unbeatable. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and breakfast is very good. The staff were wonderful, both friendly and warm. Highly recommended.

They advertise stays of up to three nights through October on Groupon. I got in touch in June and they had no dates available at all, even though Booking.com showed availability for every date I searched. Outrageous!
