It’s in a central, safe neighborhood, and the staff are friendly. Great value for the money. This is my usual place to stay in Pasto.

The hotel is old, but it’s very clean and the staff are attentive. Its location is excellent. You can hear everything from the room, including people shouting in the hallways. The doorbell is irritating too: guests aren’t given a key, so you have to ring it whenever you arrive, no matter the hour, and the sound carries through the whole hotel.

Especially handy during Carnival, thanks to its location. The hotel is affordable and has what you need. The rooms are small but comfortable, with hot water and extra blankets. Staff are attentive, and they offer complimentary coffee in the morning. There’s also low-cost laundry service and a shop selling drinks and souvenirs.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are attentive. There’s a kitchenette for guests, and they offer complimentary Colombian coffee in the morning. The hotel is near public transport and the main avenues. There’s a slight fuel smell from the shops on the first floor that comes through the bathroom. It isn’t constant, and they’re working on it. The internet signal could be better too.
