The staff were kind, and the people of Pasto were very respectful, but the hotel administration was awful. We booked two rooms through Expedia for 2022 and paid the fees that year. When we arrived in 2023, one room wasn’t available, and we had to wait four hours for the other one, which we didn’t get until 5 p.m. even though check-in was supposed to be at 1. They also wanted to charge us an extra 19%, saying it was because of the new year and government rules. Don’t stay here.

The hotel looks quite plain when you first walk in, but the staff’s friendliness stands out right away. My room faced inward, so it was very quiet, and it was lovely, spacious, and well kept. Breakfast was included, simple but prepared very well, with excellent service again.

They were happy to arrange breakfast before the usual time so I could leave very early for the airport the next morning. That kind of care summed up my stay: whenever we asked for something, it came right away, including warm compresses for the cold nights and hot agua de panela with cheese brought to our room each evening. The staff all seem to take real pride in their work and made us feel like we mattered most. This was my first time writing a review, but they gave me so many reasons to do it, and I’m glad I did. If I return, I’ll choose this hotel again. A big thank you to them 👏🏻 Excellent!
