The food is delicious, with some traditional dishes, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The room was adequate, with a nice view from the higher floors. It's about a 1km walk to La Plaza de Nariño, and there are lots of nearby restaurants with good reviews.

The corridors pay tribute to the local volcano, and the restaurants serve a good variety of delicious dishes. The rooms are clean, nicely sized, and beautifully decorated. What a great hotel! Book it.

The spa was the highlight for me, with massages at reasonable prices, facials, and a eucalyptus steam room. The staff are awesome, attentive, and friendly. Rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and really cozy, with comfortable beds and pillows. I travel all over the world constantly, and this is one of my top five hotel picks. There's too much else to describe here. Definitely a five-star experience, highly recommend!

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did visit its cafetería. The food was good overall. Unfortunately, it seemed they didn't accommodate customers with food allergies. All the pastries were mixed with those containing almonds, nuts, sesame seeds, and other allergens. Maybe that's something they should look at.
