Luckily, nobody was hurt when a window in one of our rooms fell out because it hadn't been mounted properly and broke. They charged us 300000 cop afterward, even though they have cctv that could show nobody did anything wrong. Avoid this hotel, it isn't safe!

Emilio was warm and helpful, with advice about places to see in town and nearby. The hotel is in a great location and was excellent to stay at. Highly recommended :)
