It was a very good experience, with good service and a good price. You can really feel the coffee region here.

Excellent. The only thing that struck me as odd at first was the doll painted on the wall beside the stairs.

My partner and I stayed here 15 days ago, and it was terrible. We only gave the place a chance because we had no other options. The rooms were cramped and smelled awful. The next day, while I was out having breakfast for an hour, my cell phone was stolen from inside the room. The door had no signs of forced entry. When I asked housekeeping for the security footage, they laughed and said, “If the cameras even work.” I called the police, who arrived quickly, but the cameras weren’t working and the guest register was incomplete, with some of the people who had stayed the night before missing from it. The police couldn’t do anything, and the owners offered absolutely no help. The officers said the smell in the rooms was similar to crack cocaine. The owner claimed this had never happened at the hotel before. But when I went to Google Maps to leave a review, I saw that there had been thefts there before. Be careful with this place.

One of the worst hotels in Pereira. The rooms aren’t cleaned, and the managers are incredibly unscrupulous. I was robbed inside the hotel when armed men came in and took our laptops, cell phones, cash, and much more. The security cameras were damaged too, and nobody responded to any complaints.
