Everyone was friendly and gave me useful information about places to go. My whole stay was perfect and unforgettable. Mr. Oscar went out of his way to help with my luggage and help me get money from the bank. I really appreciate his kindness. It was the experience of a lifetime.

I don't understand why this place has a four-star rating and so many reviews. The rooms are basic, there are no facilities, the internet doesn't work, and there aren't even cups in the room. The front desk staff seem clueless.

After two nights, they wouldn't let me use the bathrooms once I'd checked out. The service was terrible, and the front desk women didn't seem willing to make an effort with guest requests. For this kind of hotel, the price is too high.

The service staff themselves tried to treat guests well, and I don't think they were at fault. The management seemed inflexible, though, which left a bad impression. It matters for a hotel's reputation and score. There were a lot of problems: the elevator was often broken, the room had no outside-facing windows, and leaving the room caused the refrigerator to lose power. My room was noisy, perhaps because of the guests that night. The pillow was very high, as other booking comments had said, and I slept poorly every day and felt sleepy throughout my stay. A friend who only stopped by briefly was charged 83,000 pesos because I'd booked a single room, even though they didn't stay overnight.
