It could be a pleasant hotel with better management, but our stay was awful. The Wi-Fi never worked for us, and there was noise almost every night until late, with no concern from the staff. Twice we arrived to find the room uncleaned, so we had no soap, toilet paper, or clean towels. When water did come out, it wasn't hot.

A relaxing place close to town, with room service and excellent, friendly, helpful service. Breakfast was varied and very well prepared.

The rooms were really comfortable and spotless, and the whole place felt peaceful. There were a few bugs, though. The breakfast felt a little plain for a paisa, and I didn't like that the gate is closed after 11 pm, so some people in our group couldn't head into town for a walk.

The staff were very helpful, and getting there was easy. The breakfast that comes with the stay is pretty basic. The rooms and shared spaces have a rustic feel, without some usual hotel finishes. For example, the shower tiles are painted with oil paint.

We felt misled and left very disappointed. We paid a very high price for the "Fiesta de San Silvestre," but the food was bad, the band was a mess, and the activities were poorly organized. When we complained to the person in charge, she ignored us. They also moved us to a room at the far end of the property without asking, taking away the comforts we'd been promised and paid for in advance. The room had an unbearable sewer smell. I wouldn't recommend it. Don't waste your money.
