Julian and Diego at the front desk were exceptionally professional, and the service was GREAT in other ways too. We stayed three nights, and the rooms were okay for a short stay. But when my wife accidentally broke a coffee cup and saucer at breakfast, the hotel charged me 15,000 Colombian pesos at checkout on January 11, 2021. Honestly, they should have covered that small cost themselves. That’s why I’m giving three stars instead of the four I otherwise would have.

It’s clean and well located for the town, and everything was okay for a one-night stay. Still, it’s a basic hotel and quite noisy. There’s no elevator, so we had to haul our heavy cases up two floors.
