Los Colores Ecoparque

Sitting outside and watching the rain fall all around you is one of the coolest things here. The wildlife and vegetation are incredibly beautiful. We saw countless birds, iguanas, an alligator, and even a young dog that adopted us during our stay. The clean pool is wonderful, and we spent many hours in the welcoming bar and recreation area swimming, playing pool, ping pong, and dominoes, and watching birds. The service has been incredible, with the staff treating us like royalty, as if we were the only thing that mattered. The rooms are perfectly adequate, though it would be nice to have somewhere to sit in them. Without seats, you end up spending more time in the recreation area. This has been one of the most incredible stays I've had.

It's a very cute location, and the great service is a plus. The sign out front says "spa", but there isn't one. The bathrooms also have no hot water, though it's usually very hot in this area. The property is near the road, and light sleepers could be woken by passing cars during the night. That didn't bother me.

A relaxing place with good food, a clean pool, a tennis court, and room to walk around and watch birds. You can also book an excursion through an agency based on the hotel grounds. I really enjoyed it.

The eco parque organizes plenty of activities, including trekking, rafting, and walking tours. The place is well maintained and clean, friendly for kids, and has some indoor sports options too. They were keeping to all the covid protocols.
