The treehouse is beautiful, with huge windows looking out into nature, but the cleanliness really let it down. The windows were dirty, the towels stained, and the soap and shampoo seemed to be water with just a drop of soap in it. Even the two wine glasses we asked for had marks that wouldn’t wipe off, so we couldn’t use them. There was visible mold in the bathroom too, which was concerning at this price. We paid 600,000 COP per night with a discount, and it’s usually even more. The payment link they sent didn’t seem secure, and our international card was blocked for suspicious activity as soon as we tried to pay. That made for a stressful start. On arrival, the welcome juice was extremely bitter, and the orange seemed to have been sitting out since morning. The idea is lovely and the place has potential, but the stay didn’t match the price or our expectations. Better cleaning, secure payment, and more attention to detail would make a big difference.

We stayed in the Baku house, and the view, shower, and whole concept were incredible. It’s a great place to relax and connect with nature. The food was amazing too, and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The room was really cool, especially the blackout curtains you control with a remote. Waking up and opening the view with a button while still in bed was such a nice touch. You can open all the doors for fresh air, though you’ll get bugs in the room if you do. My wife and I had a great time here in July. The location and views were beautiful, and the staff were friendly and flexible about what we needed. One evening it poured, so they brought dinner right to our room. I loved the experience and would come back anytime ❤️

The service was attentive and helpful, and communication throughout was great. Getting there was easy, and the furnishings and all the little details felt carefully chosen. We had a nice breakfast too. It’s very private, with an incredible view. Bring binoculars for all the different birds, and on a clear night the stars are amazing. High quality and very well done. Highly recommend!
