The owners are warm and welcoming, and the facilities are good. It feels family-friendly, the place is kept very clean, and the food is delicious. The service was very good too. Highly recommend.

The location and price were both good, but the manager's service was terrible. Customer care clearly wasn't a priority. During our three days there, the room wasn't cleaned regularly and we never got fresh towels.

The food was okay, and the kitchen staff were very polite. The person in charge, though, seemed unwilling to help and had no sense of service. She wouldn't let us use the pool whirlpools, saying the "manager" wasn't there. There's also a bar, but it was a ghost bar, so don't expect much fun. It's basically just somewhere to sleep. The rooms weren't bad, but over three days there was no cleaning and no towel change. Service matters most to me, and it was missing here. I won't be coming back or recommending this place.

We found the place attractive, but I wouldn't choose it for a holiday or stay more than two days. There wasn't anything to do, and the grounds were all concrete with no green space, so it didn't feel like relaxing in the countryside. The pool looked cloudy, and they never switched on the jacuzzi. The room wasn't cleaned and the towels weren't changed. Our beds were small doubles, assigned without asking whether we were couples. The food was very expensive for a dish that didn't even come with salad, and lunch wasn't served until 2 pm, though people had been waiting from noon. Most staff were friendly, except the girl who checked us in. She said they had arranged us that way to fit more guests, and because it was New Year's all hotels were the same. She also said they couldn't give us a larger room because then they couldn't accommodate more people.
