The room wasn't clean when we arrived, and the lobby had a weird smell the whole time. The pool was so dirty and breakfast was terrible too. I'd never come back.

It's fairly priced and gives you a clean, comfortable place to relax. It isn't luxurious.

Everything was nice and good in every way. Very good hotel and excellent service.

The pool is lovely, and the hotel itself is pleasant and nice. The gentleman's service was great, though the young lady's was poor. There isn't parking, and the building has no elevator. Still, it's nice overall.

Breakfast was pretty basic: fresh juice, eggs made to order, a slice of bread, and an arepa. I picked the hotel for the pool, but its 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. hours overlapped with my work, so I couldn't use it. There was no Wi-Fi at all. My room was too small, and they only agreed reluctantly when I asked to move. They also provide just one towel and no shampoo or conditioner. I arrived with several suitcases, but when I asked for help carrying them upstairs, the receptionist said nobody was available. There isn't an elevator.
