The pool water was disgustingly dirty, and I'd suggest staying somewhere else if you can. Breakfast was just as frustrating: nobody cleared the tables or paid attention to us until we asked. Then we got no drinks, and the cutlery they brought was dirty. Check-in service was awful too. We were already 40 minutes past check-in time when we asked when our rooms would be ready. The front desk girl said, “I don’t know,” then ignored me. When I asked again, she said 15-20 minutes. She was dismissive and incredibly rude.

The rooms were good and there were some nice people, but the restaurant was a letdown. The burger meat was so tiny that even calling it small feels generous. The shrimp was very small too, and the Pargo was small and really greasy. Breakfast wasn't worth it either. I wouldn't recommend eating there.

It was calm and easy to relax there, and you could head to the beach or use the hotel's pool. The pool is pretty shallow, but still refreshing. The service could've been more attentive and welcoming. We couldn't order lunch because “the cook was busy,” and they suggested we order an Uber Eats instead. Breakfast wasn't much better: the receptionist chose and put the portions on our plates, just a bite of papaya, a bite of pineapple, a scoop of scrambled eggs and half a slice of bread. There was no second serving.

The rooms are fairly large and clean, but when we stayed on August 17, the hotel was being renovated. There was a big construction site in the middle of the area, blocking part of the way to the rooms, and the reception area was affected too. The bathroom is separated from the room only by a saloon door, which isn't ideal.
