You can’t beat the spot along the Malecón, and the terrace has spectacular sunset views. The Terraza restaurant serves really good food for such a small town, and its staff are fantastic. Some other staff seem like they don’t want to be there, though, which takes away from the great service those who do care provide. The rooms are starting to look a little old and could use freshening up. Probably the best hotel in Riohacha.

The view from the top is nice and the service was good, but the price feels high for a standard room. There’s no free coffee or water, and we had to pay for both. The Sello Rojo coffee was poor quality. There are newer hotels nearby for less.

The rooftop bar and restaurant have the best views in the city, and the staff were all tremendously helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel right across from the main beach. We had a great experience.

The beds are really comfortable and luxurious, and everything was clean. The breakfast was delicious too. Still, it feels a little expensive for what you get, especially with no pool or airport shuttle. The front desk could also be friendlier.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a lovely, modern new hotel with great things in the room, hot water, and good room service and restaurant. Most of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
