We arrived at 12:30am and, if we’d known what the room would be like, we would’ve just stayed at the airport until morning. It’s very close to the airport, but this felt like a tourist trap. The room was so cold we didn’t sleep all night, and the door locks looked like they were from the 1900s. They should be ashamed. Trust me, don’t waste your money here. If you’ve just flown in and only need a few hours’ sleep, sleep at the airport.

The staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout, and everything ran smoothly because they took care with the details. Isak Hotel is only minutes from the airport, yet the area feels peaceful and scenic, a nice place to unwind or take a walk. The restaurant had a good range of tasty food, and the weather was lovely while I was there. The property itself was spotless, beautifully kept, and had a calm, elegant feel from the moment I arrived.

Our taxi driver couldn’t find our Airbnb at night, and Localiza had already closed, so we ended up here. The location worked out well, and the room was clean. They offer an airport shuttle and could take us to Localiza the next day. Breakfast was included. Uber wasn’t coming, so I asked them to call me a ride to Retiro.

We arrived very late and got a room without any trouble. It was basic, but clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport and the car rental places.

The shuttle was waiting just minutes after my late-night flight landed. Communication was great, and check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was tasty and filling. I had a great stay.
