The cleaning staff were outstanding, and the hotel is genuinely pet friendly, with no special restrictions or unreasonable rules for pets. Those are real positives, but service at the front desk was careless about guests’ needs, inflexible, and at times rude. It’s a shame, because the place has so much potential. My company had arranged the hotel’s shuttle to pick me up at the airport, but nobody came. When I got there, the receptionist said she’d forgotten to check the hotel phone. On top of that, some things in the room didn’t work, and the hotel seemed not to care. The setting is lovely, with a good view and nature all around. My room had a kitchenette, a small living room, and a nice balcony with a view. The rooms are generally fine and well equipped, though they’re starting to feel old. Even away from the highway, I could hear traffic. It runs right in front of the hotel, so there’s some noise even during quieter parts of the day.

It’s close to the airport, and the shuttle took me to catch my 5 a.m. flight the next morning. Just don’t count on it for a late arrival around 10 p.m., since it doesn’t run that late. The room was sparse, and the bed was made in a way I’d never seen before. There was a kitchenette I didn’t need, but not many supplies, and no AC or fan. I had to leave the balcony door open to get some fresh air.

The restaurant was great, the suites were clean, and the location is handy for the airport. The shuttle to and from the airport is a big plus. There’s also a gym and sauna, and the terrace has a great view.

The location is great, but they really need receptionists with customer service experience. We booked for two adults and a boy, and paid extra for the sofa bed, but there wasn’t even a pillow for it. When I asked, the answer was, “We have no more pillows. Use the ones from the king bed.” Seriously? I spent more than 15 minutes trying to reason with that rude woman before I had to ask for a manager. Was it really so hard to bring one missing pillow? They call themselves Luxury Suites, but where’s the luxury?

At 8 a.m., while we were asleep, someone walked into our room. The door wouldn’t close, and though they gave us a card to enter, we didn’t need it. On payment, they ask you to pay cash on arrival or send you a link through WhatsApp. Highly not recommended.
