The room price is reasonable, and they do take credit cards. Getting around the entrance could be difficult for someone with a disability, though: there are several steps from the street and more before you reach the elevator. The hotel is close to Sabaneta park, but it's on a busy road, so traffic noise is possible. The showers don't have hot water.

The hotel is spotless, and the staff are friendly. Rooms are tiny, but have what you'd expect at this level. It's in a pleasant area with lots to do, and buses and taxis are easy to catch right outside. Ask for a room with a view when booking, or you may end up in an interior room without windows.

There was no airflow in the room, which felt like a concrete bunker with steel doors. We checked in, went out for lunch, then spent half an hour back in the room before deciding we couldn't stay. They said their policy didn't allow refunds, so we left anyway. I had already paid, and the hotel promptly cancelled my Booking reservation so I couldn't post a review. This place is overrated and overpriced. I'd go somewhere else.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower had nice hot water. Breakfast was included, which was nice, though the coffee could be better. It's a nice part of Medellin, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and good value for the money.

The people here were just lovely. They even let me borrow their own phone chargers after I lost mine. Breakfast was nice too.
