The coffee and tea were good, and the location was the best part. The common areas are decent if that's where you like to spend time, but there wasn't much else to like. Our room had poor ventilation and no soundproofing, while the bathroom was cramped and uncomfortable. The sheets were dirty, the towels smelled bad, and there was dust, so cleanliness needs a lot of work. No TV, and the fan was tiny. With no proper reception or enough staff, we got stuck outside after leaving our phone behind and losing the access code. Another guest let us in. Not a place I'd recommend. At least we were only there one night.

A good spot to rest, with excellent communication. Restaurants and the town are close, and El Poblado Sur metro station is about an 8-minute walk away.

A good deal for the price and well located. Just right for a stay of two or three nights.

The beds were really comfortable, and the place was both clean and quiet. Everything went perfectly. Next time I visit Medellín, I'm booking directly with you! 😍😍

A lovely, modern, clean place in a very good area. There’s no receptionist and everything works with codes instead of keys, which I thought was great.
