Glamping Lumbre

We loved staying here. The rooms are spacious and private, and the deck with its gas fire was lovely in the evenings. The spot is gorgeous, close to the waterfall and right in the Cocora Valley. Sol, their sweet dog, won us over with her gentle nature and even showed us the way to the waterfall.

Such a lovely, romantic place to stay with a partner. It's a good fit if you enjoy nature, want a peaceful break, and are interested in exploring Cocora Valley, which is really close. The staff are friendly and seem to care about what's best for you. Just be okay with the possibility of a small insect in your room.

We stayed three nights and were so happy with the experience. The people were friendly and supportive, and both the rooms and the property were clean and beautiful. The tents are amazing, right in nature. You can order breakfast and dinner to your room and eat with a view of the stars or by your own fireplace. It's a little outside the center but easy enough to reach, and the staff will help if transport is tricky. We were sad to leave and had a wonderful time. I'd book it again in a heartbeat. The one downside was the Wi-Fi in our tent. It didn't work during the heavy rain at first, and it still wasn't working in good weather. It only worked at the restaurant.

We should have stayed another night or two. This little place is in a great spot in the valley, away from busy Salento, and the team were extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the food is great. If, like us, you don't speak much Spanish, it's good to know that Alejandro and the team speak fluent English, which is rare enough to mention. And the dogs are a lovely bonus ❤️
