The location is good, and you can get a nice view if you pick the right room. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the thin walls let in a lot of noise. On our first night there seemed to be some kind of party or match nearby, and it went on well past 10 pm, so I didn't get much rest. Breakfast was very poor, and the coffee was bad, especially for a place like this.
Apart from the male receptionist, who always seemed grumpy, looked at his phone instead of me when we spoke, and never smiled, this place was ideal. I've seen other reviews mention a rude receptionist too, and I hope that gets worked on. It's unpleasant having to ask questions of someone who seems to hate visitors. The place is close to everything, just a short walk away, and had a comfortable bed and pillows, clean rooms, lovely views, a decent basic breakfast, and good shower pressure. The female receptionist was lovely. If your room gets warm, you can ask reception for a portable fan. Great value for money, and I'd recommend it and come back.
The distant mountain view is what makes the stay worthwhile. Rooms are good, and the hotel is well placed, a short walk from the main square. Excellent value for money.
The staff were always friendly and helpful, the rooms were really comfortable, and breakfast was great. We had a great stay at Vista Hermosa, one of our favorite hotels so far. I'd recommend paying for a room with a view, it was lovely to wake up to every morning.
The rooms had beautiful views, and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good too, and walking to and from the town center each day gave us some exercise. It's a rustic place, though, and when we visited in late December the rooms got chilly because there was no insulation. The showers were sometimes cold as well. Still, it was great value and I'd recommend staying here.
