The common areas had such cute decor, and our room was roomy with comfortable beds. We visited in May with family and felt welcome, safe, and treated with real respect. Andres and Cristian made us feel at home and shared great tips for getting the most out of our trip. We’d happily stay again. Thanks, guys!!

The hotel is a little outside the town center, which could be inconvenient sometimes, though the area is quiet and near a waterfall hike. A bus runs until 9 pm and costs about 2,250 COP, less than $1 USD, or a taxi is around 20,000 COP. Andre, Jenny, and the rest of the staff made everything easy, from activities and rides to the airport to all the other logistics. They communicated well, met us when we arrived, and went out of their way to make our stay good. Our room matched the listing and was good value. Breakfast costs extra, but we found it worth having before heading back to the airport.
