The staff made this stay for me. Two of them spoke English, which felt unusual in Colombia, and their advice about the region was really helpful. The location is great, right beside the square, and the room worked well for what I needed. A special thanks to Sebastian, who got up early on my checkout day so I could retrieve my car from the parking lot and make my flight. I had a great few nights here.

Working in the flower-filled garden, looking out over the town and mountains, felt like a dream. The common spaces are beautiful, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the shower got really hot. Sebastian was so kind and helpful that he quickly felt like a friend, and he made our stay amazing. Wish we’d found this place sooner. If we come back to Salento, we’ll stay here again. A peaceful, cozy hostel in a handy spot, very close to Salento’s main street and central square. The price felt fair, and there may be room to negotiate. Some rooms have beautiful mountain views, though the rooms are a little small. The bathrooms could be cleaner, and heavy rain brings some leaks.

For me, this was a nice place compared with others. I stayed one night. The bedrooms were clean and smelled fresh, and the beds were comfortable, though the very stuffed pillows bothered my neck. Coffee and tea were available whenever.
