The owners are lovely, and for the price this is a great deal. Just don't expect a five-star Marriott. To get in, ring the doorbell at the location; the gate is on your right. The hot water works, too!

Don Luis was very kind, and the hotel is close to the main park with parking included in the reservation. Our second-floor room was another story: the sheets and pillows smelled sweaty, used, or old, and the mattress sagged enough that I woke up with back pain. The shower bathroom also hadn't been cleaned, with hair in the drain. It was really unpleasant.

The price is fair, the location is excellent, and the staff are so friendly. They do what they say they'll do. I'd recommend it 100%.
