Apartamentos Martinez

The apartments are comfortable and spacious, with kitchens and enough privacy, so they work well for large groups. There’s a pool too. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the town center.

The neighborhood gets pretty dark at night and isn't especially nice, though I never felt unsafe there. It's also a long way from the main beach, and the rooms are tiny, so I wouldn't choose this for more than two people. They skipped cleaning on the holiday Monday. For what similar places cost, I've stayed somewhere better.

The bay nearby isn't a swimming beach, despite the apartment being described as close to the beach. We had to go into the town center for proper beaches, and there weren't any shops close by. The apartment's area wasn't great either. Inside, it was dirty, there was no housekeeping or toilet paper, and the pool was much smaller than it looked in the photo. When the electricity went out, the water stopped too. The manager was difficult to deal with and had a terrible temper. There were also some people riding toys.

The apartments look nice, which made it a shame that no one answered when I messaged.
