The service was excellent and everything was great. It's 20 minutes from the beach, so you'll need to take a taxi each day or make the long walk.

The rooms were dirty, with ants and cockroaches, and the service was very poor. There was no reception or prompt customer service, and meal times weren't followed. I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

It's a pleasant, quiet place in a residential area that felt very safe, even though the lighting at night was poor. Everything is close by, and there's Wi-Fi, a kitchen, and friendly staff. I'd happily return several times. The place has the makings of a five-star hotel. A small improvement could make a big difference, perhaps a wet area where guests can properly wash the sand off their feet.

They need some kitchen rules. People use the utensils and leave them tied up, so others can't even make themselves a cup of coffee.

The customer service was terrible. They waited until the day of my confirmed reservation to say the apartment wasn't available. I asked for an explanation for two weeks and never got one.
