Decameron Los Delfines All Inclusive

The food was average, and the staff weren't helpful until we insisted on speaking to the manager. The bathrooms and surrounding areas weren't clean, and the room felt gross to walk into: stained sheets, a snot on the bathroom wall, old broken lamps, and marked curtains. It made me sad to see how much Decameron has changed for the worse. I wouldn't stay here.

The ocean view was nice, but the rest was rough. No Wi-Fi, and if you arrive even 10 minutes before three, you can't use the facilities. The food and juices were horrible, so we ate elsewhere every day. Some of the staff were lazy, while others were really nice. You could hear everything because the rooms aren't well soundproofed.

For a Decameron Category B, this was disappointing. The menu was repetitive and all fried, the staff seemed disorganized, and they completely failed to deal with guests making noise after hours.

We spent the week at the Aquarium and came here often because it was closer to the beach. After drinking plenty of water, we'd go in to use the restroom, then leave. We believed that staying at a Decameron meant we could visit the island's other hotels and use their facilities or make food reservations. We asked at our own hotel and were told this wouldn't be a problem. But yesterday a security guard named angel got rude and yelled at us to leave, even after we showed our bracelets, saying we weren't allowed in. It left a bad feeling, and I would never stay at this particular Decameron.
