We stayed for a week and found the rooms large, clean, and modern. It's a little away from the main beach, but that was fine for us, especially since the rooms are much bigger and the prices lower. The hotel is in an old hospital, so the plumbing is old even though everything else is new. We noticed a sewer smell one day. The staff offered to move us, but they managed to fix it, so we stayed in our room. The shower does have hot water. If yours doesn't, tell the staff and I'm sure they'll sort it out. The lobby gave us activity suggestions, and most were good. They don't take responsibility for how your experience with those services or activities goes. We rented a scooter and that was fine, and diving was amazing. The staff are really nice, so treat them well, as you should. It's a nice, well-priced hotel and there's no need to be scared off. I had an amazing time and will definitely stay here when I come back.

I've stayed here twice now, and the comfort and affordable price keep working well for me. It's easy to walk to grocery stores, the airport, the best beach, and downtown San Andres. If you like getting around on foot and mingling with locals, this place suits you well, and you won't need to rent a car. It's become my regular choice for future visits, and I'd happily return.

As a native of the island, I can say this is one of the quieter areas. We came to San Andres with friends this weekend and had a great stay at Azure. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was good. The view from the rooftop pool was amazing. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

Terrible service. We had a problem as soon as we arrived. They wouldn't let my girlfriend onto the hotel grounds or come to our room. When I tried to talk with the manager, the manager still wouldn't allow it and wanted to charge an extra $40 for her to stay. The shower didn't have warm water either. Stay far away from this hotel.

The rooftop pool was nice and mostly empty, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room setup was odd, though. There was a microwave but only plastic plates that couldn't be used in it, plus two small pans and no stove.
