We had arranged the reservation with the owner months ahead, but when we arrived they said they never accept one-day bookings and claimed there was no reservation. I showed them my confirmation code, but they still wouldn't let us in. The whole thing was irresponsible and caused us serious trouble.

San Andrés is beautiful, with activities for kids and adults and a family-friendly atmosphere. The islanders are polite and helpful, and the owners of the house were kind and very helpful too. Thank you!

They made me feel like part of the family, and my room was comfortable and always spotless. The airport is close. To reach the first beach, it's a 15-minute walk along the shore, though buses, taxis, and motorcycle taxis are also options. I'd recommend it 100%.

The room was pleasant, with air conditioning, TV, and WiFi, and I found the welcome and service excellent. It's about a 20-minute walk to the island center, with public transport and taxis available nearby.
