The room had some good points, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and TV. You can also catch the bus on the avenue. But my five-day stay was awful, and I would never come back. They didn’t change the towels. One day I left mine to be replaced, but when we got back it had been put out to dry on top of our suitcase and by the shower door. I asked the woman to change it; she kept saying she’d bring one, and only did after hours when I messaged that I was waiting to shower and the towels in the room were wet. Another day she acted like she hadn’t seen my message and didn’t replace it. Bathroom fittings were rusty and rotten. The toilet paper holder and soap dish kept falling on my foot. The last two days were freezing and rainy, and we had to shower in cold water. When we asked, they told us to remove the shower head and use the pipe because it would make the water warmer. I didn’t understand at first, but when we came back the shower head had been taken off. On our final day we showered from the pipe because, according to her, that way the water would be hot. The curtains are thin too, which made us uncomfortable because it felt like people outside could see us. Don’t bother, it isn’t worth it.

Francisco and Doña Yolanda were both so friendly, and the place is comfortable and peaceful. Shops are nearby, though it’s a little far from the city center. Buses pass all the time, and you can also rent a vehicle to get around; they’ll bring it right to your door.

The owner was very helpful, and everything else was excellent, from the rooms to the service. I recommend it 100%.

It’s a very quiet, safe neighborhood, and the room was comfortable overall. The clean single bed for two was very comfortable, and there was air conditioning and a mini-fridge. They cleaned every other day. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the city center, so you’ll need a bus or other transport if you don’t want to walk. The owner was hardly ever around and didn’t provide everything promised in the reservation description.
