Summer Dream Hotel Boutique

The pool and the covered and open air lounging areas made our stay even better, and the hotel is in a peaceful spot. It’s a few meters from the diving and snorkeling areas, and 1 km from the best beaches and island restaurants. We stayed for 7 nights and my wife and I had an unforgettable vacation. We’d gladly do it again and wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. Our bedroom was comfortable and spacious, with natural ventilation and excellent air conditioning. The private bathroom was roomy and had great fresh water service. Sheets and towels were changed regularly and were always clean, and breakfast was varied and balanced. Thank you, Karam, for your attentive and generous hospitality at Summer Dreams, and congratulations on the excellent facilities.

The location made it easy to get the rest we wanted, while still being close to diving spots, beaches, and restaurants in San Luis, just 1 km away. The pool and outdoor lounging area were unbeatable. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the hotel’s services exceeded our expectations. Karam was a great host, and his service was excellent. I’d highly recommend it, and would love to come back.

The room was never cleaned or tidied during our stay, despite the high price we paid. The beers, water, champagne, and blankets were all items we had paid for, and we have proof. The charges they brought up were supposedly canceled, but when we were leaving they tried to bill us for a lot of unreasonable things, including pool and kitchen maintenance. None of that had been mentioned or agreed to beforehand. Mr. Alberto was extremely rude and disrespectful, and the unfair treatment meant we had to leave with our luggage well before checkout. We’d already paid a pretty high price for those days, and it felt like they were trying to overcharge us for everything. Very deceptive service.

The traditional breakfasts were especially tasty, with lots of different dishes to choose from. We stayed with family during Easter week this year and found the hotel quite pleasant, very clean, and the service was amazing.
