The place is really nice, clean, tidy, and well decorated. Josh and the others were very friendly and helpful when booking us a bus to santa marta. They even paid for it to hold our seats. The pool was a real treat, and despite the very loud streets, it was surprisingly quiet. I can definitely recommend it. I took off a star because they sneakily charged extra for milk in coffee.

The comfortable beds, tasty affordable breakfast, and closeness to Colombia Rafting were all good. But Brian’s wonderful help and warm welcome are what made the stay for me. I’d planned to stay somewhere else, but his approach persuaded me to choose this hostel, and I’m glad I trusted that feeling. Trip Monkeys had everything I could reasonably expect, and I really enjoyed my visit.

Josh the manger and the whole staff were super nice. They made me feel wanted and like I belonged there. The dorms are great, and the beds are bigger than at other hostels I’ve stayed in. You can arrange all the activities through them, which is really convenient. I definitely recommend it!

My brother and I stayed a few nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms are big and clean. There aren’t many windows or much natural light, but the AC at night was nice. The mattress was comfortable, and each bed had its own curtain, plug, and locker. Bathrooms were clean, though there was no hot water. The staff were incredible, sweet, and accommodating, always there to help and make sure we were having a good time. The pool and happy hour were nice extras :)
