We went for a sun day, not to stay overnight. The kids were so happy, and we had a wonderful day with family and friends. The activities were organized, everything was clean, and the people were really friendly. Amazing place and people, with excellent service.

The lake and its water bikes, the slides, pools, beautiful nature, massage, food, location, and amazing staff made our family time here so enjoyable. If you're after a nice vacation spot near Medellin, come here. We had a perfect stay. Fue maravillosa nuestra estancia. Muchas gracias a todos!!

There was plenty to do as a family, from going around the lake by boat to seeing all the wildlife. My parents especially enjoyed the music show at night. The food was great, and both the rooms and shared areas, including the pools, play area, and restaurants, were clean. We all had a really good time.

I'd give it a 3.5. Nature and all the wildlife are the best part, and it felt like a welcome break from the city. The grounds are great, though it felt pricey to me. Some facilities have been left in disrepair from humidity. The paths and driveways around the property urgently need maintenance, which gives a poor impression of how it's managed. The food could use more variety.
