The air conditioning was good, and the beds were okay, though a little hard. The pillows were very hard. The bigger problem was no hot water for the whole week I stayed. Most of our group had the same issue, and when I told the man at the front desk, he said there was nothing he could do.

We didn’t get hot water until our last night, and they moved us to another room on the first night. The breakfast was delicious, and the man in the cafeteria was really friendly. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly too. The rooms are very clean and have a refrigerator, that part gets 20 points.

The service was good, but I wouldn’t come back because of the bathroom. It was full of giant cockroaches, so we called reception and they brought spray. After they used quite a lot, the next day there were loads of dead roaches, cobwebs, and big spiders. Breakfast is always eggs, arepas, bread, and broth. There’s internet, but it’s awful for work. The desk is too far from an outlet, so you have to move the table if you want to work.
