So-so.

The room I got was roomy, but the floor had candle wax marks, the fridge smelled awful, and neither the TV nor the air conditioning worked. The place has the potential to be a proper resort, but it needs a lot of investment and the facilities feel neglected. They advertise a restaurant on WhatsApp without mentioning that it's closed on Mondays.

The lobby could use more plants and decor. The rooms were very nice, and the pool service was good.
10/10
We spent a week here with the family, and the kids enjoyed the pool without any trouble. Coffee and water are always set out by reception. Our room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, the restaurant service was good, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were excellent. Good value for the money.
