The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the price was good for what you get. It's around a 750 m walk to the Plaza. WiFi didn't reach upstairs, where the nicer rooms are, so I had to go down to the lobby to use it. The website says reception is open 24 hours, but everything gets locked up at 10 pm and nobody is in the lobby. I was locked out at 10:30 pm when I went out to buy drinks. That was annoying. Someone should be there to help guests. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel for the price.

My wife and I keep coming back to Casa Morales, which has become part of our story together. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the owners and staff make us feel genuinely welcome. Doña Andrea's food is delicious and deserves a mention of its own. For a quiet stay in a lovely setting, we always feel we're in good hands here.

The food at Casa Morales is good, and the place is very clean. But the manager's young son comes across as arrogant, speaks rudely, and challenges guests. He even charges for a glass of ice without telling them first. If you have dyed hair, I'd bring your own towels and sheets. Even a small mark on the hotel's white linens can mean being charged the price of new ones.
