The staff were friendly and tried hard to make the stay pleasant, though some spoke English well and others only a little. The bar has a familiar feel, and its tables and chairs work fine for getting some work done. The pool isn't large, but it's enough. Room furniture is a little dated, though sufficient. I'd recommend the place and come back.
Friendly staff and a nice pool to unwind in after the beach. It's a nice hotel in a great part of Santa Marta.
For what it costs, this hotel isn't worth it. You could stay somewhere better, like Marriott, for that price. The food is so-so, the hotel is really small, and the rooms aren't comfortable.
The service was excellent, and things were remarkably quiet. We appreciated how efficient the operation was and the outstanding customer care. Their professionalism really stood out, and we'll keep using their services.
