You don’t need luxury, but you do deserve decent treatment. The service was horrible. They told me the Wi-Fi didn’t work even though my phone showed it connected. Once you’ve paid, that seems to be the end of it.

Our four-room Villa was large and clearly older, but it had been maintained very well. The hotel/resort has its own entrance to Playa Bello Hortizonal.
