Hotel Mi Tierra

My room was disgusting, with filthy walls and bloodstains. The hotel feels badly run-down and was noisy through the night. It needs better management and a fresh coat of paint. The plastic covers on the mattresses and pillows didn’t help. The photos don’t show how bad the place is, and I’m checking out tomorrow. Please avoid this hotel. The staff, Karina, Fernandez, and Anthony, were excellent. But I was put in a room beside a small restaurant, where machinery made noise all day. There were holes in the walls covered with plain wood, and the room was full of mosquitoes that kept biting me. The toilet seat was broken from the first day. On day six, I was told I’d have to pay for a replacement. I explained it had been broken since day one, and then they said I wouldn’t need to pay for the repair.

The rooms were comfortable, with air conditioning, TV, and good bathrooms, and there’s parking. It’s in a good location and affordable. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout, and gave us useful directions for enjoying the tourist spots. I liked the hotel a lot. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer.

It’s a budget hotel with basic facilities, friendly service, and a good location. The only drawback was the noise at night. You could hear a lot from the room, especially loud music.

The mattress in my room was terrible, and the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast. It’s a basic place and not comfortable at all. I’d only consider it if all the other hotels in Rodadero were full.
