The à la carte food was delicious, while the set meals were about a 7/10. Staff at the hotel were very friendly. My only suggestion is about service when groups are dining: other guests seem to get overlooked. I waited more than an hour for someone to take my order, because the kitchen didn't have enough staff to prepare more food. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

There’s a pool, and the beach path is only a block away. The place felt peaceful and romantic, with friendly hotel staff. My room’s air conditioning had some problems, though it did cool things down at night. The rooms are roomy, the bathroom is spacious, and there’s a street-facing balcony with hammocks. I also saw that you can park inside. Tours with foreign tourists come to the hotel. Prices are really reasonable, and I’d definitely return. Highly recommended.

We booked through Booking.com at a great discount, but when we arrived, the hotel staff were dismissive, mocking, and rude. They said it was a system error and refused to work anything out, then basically kicked us out while making fun of us. I feel that’s unacceptable as a customer, especially since the mistake wasn’t ours. If it had been, why didn’t they cancel the booking or answer our messages? Their attitude felt very presumptuous. My parents are elderly and deserve respect, like everyone else. Please improve your customer service. Have a good day.

The food was okay, tasty and served in a fair amount. Breakfast and lunch are offered, and pool access is included; both were fine. The facilities are basic, just a bed, bathroom, air conditioning, and television. The staff were rude and not very friendly, and it felt like you couldn't ask them anything about the hotel. They also weren't clear when we bought extra services, so misunderstandings over charges can happen. Be careful. The location is so-so. It's near a beach and the airport, but the city's main attractions are far away, so you always need public transportation. The trip takes 15-20 minutes. My experience was very poor, and I wouldn't recommend it. If you can choose another hotel, do that.
