The bright rooms are really nice, with balconies, and the breakfasts were delicious. I loved being so close to the sea, shops and public transport. Reception were excellent and attentive to everything we needed. After checkout they even let us leave our bags and use the bathroom for free. When I needed a taxi, I just told the front desk and they arranged one.

For the price, this hostel is very basic and didn’t meet my expectations. Room 505 was a disgrace and didn’t feel welcoming, even though it had air conditioning and a private bathroom. I also thought it was overpriced, and the entrance door didn’t feel secure. There’s no elevator, and reaching the rooms means climbing a lot of stairs, so it’s not a good choice for people with reduced mobility.

I wouldn’t stay here again. It didn’t match what was advertised on Booking.com: the TV and refrigerator in room 304 didn’t work, and they didn’t change the room when I asked. The noise at night was terrible.

The breakfast was delicious, 10/10, and they shared useful information about local activities and different tours, which I really appreciated. The team were friendly and attentive from check-in through checkout, from the two receptionists to housekeeping. They even gave us a place to store our luggage after checkout. It’s close to the beach and shops, and has incredible views. Luxurious, romantic, peaceful and family-friendly, all at a great price. Best experience ever!

We’d never return. They keep anything guests leave behind, saying their policy is not to send items back. I understand people can forget new things when they’re rushing to leave, but even with a receptionist there, nobody seems to pay attention. Zero.
