The staff were professional, accommodating, and very friendly. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was clean and right on the main street in a popular part of the city. There was no hot water, though I didn't need it. The staff and I had fun communicating through a translator.

Everything was clean and new, and the facilities were excellent.

The service was really friendly, and for the price it's a good hotel. My wife and I had a room with a king-size bed and two extra beds. The Wi-Fi was poor near the satellite dish. The location was good, though we couldn't find any good bakeries nearby. El Rodadero is about 15 minutes away. I recommend it.

There's a functional kitchen, but its furniture is very old. The rooms weren't painted, the bathrooms were old, and the beds were bunks. We were left without water and had to wait for the water truck until 7 p.m. The parking was the worst part. This place is suitable only in an emergency. It could be spectacular if they remodeled it, but I don't recommend it.

The rooms are comfortable. Just ask for one on the 2nd floor, since the 3rd-floor rooms are too noisy.
